Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at fleafort@gmx.de with photos of the item and a description of the issue.

We will review your request and inform you whether the return is approved. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Hygiene and Safety Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, or worn cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

This is because once the product has been used, it cannot be safely resold to another customer.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if approved), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Your item must still be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
